Last week in its coverage a Wisconsin state employees picketing the Republican headed Wiconsin State Building, the news agency used the tactic that we reenact below, to make a calm setting seem chaotic and apocolyptic. On a technical note, I am using the $79 Logitec C910 webcam with its tracer effect.
